Product Overview
The park lock assembly is used to lock the machine in a specific location without any movement. This assembly consists of pawl park lock, retainer park lock, bolt park lock, case park lock, cover, nut park lock, actuator park lock, spring pawl, retaining pin, plain bearing and bolt for park lock. These parts together to form the complete assembly. The input from the micro switch is given to the motor. The motor starts rotating and the screw starts to rotate due to it is connected with motor through the gears. The pawl lock gives the movement and it is in contact with the ground. This part is in a circular shape with a cut out for the locking function. The pawl brake lock is connected with the motor screw that has an up and down motion. This part gets engaged with the pawl lock to lock in its position. This part is widely used in UL LOGIQ E9, UL LOGIQ V2, UL Vivid S5, UL Vivid 7, UL Vivid E95 R2 and many other machines.
