Product Overview
The P.M. Cone is a sub-part of the detector assembly and is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The cone is used in NM Millennium MyoSight, UL Vivid 3 PRO, NM Millennium Rectangular Acquisition, XM Performa and many other products. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the cone in the required assembly. The cone is made of a Neoprene 70 material helps to make the cone lightweight without compromising its integral strength. The surface finish is achieved from this manufacturing process, along with the physical properties of the material enhances the visual aspect of the cone. Neoprene 70 has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength, impact and wear resistance which ensures a long life span for the component. The P.M. Cone is free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the component.
