The Pin Hinge - Side Shelf is a dowel pin that is a type of fastening material that is used to fasten the two material together through the use of pins. They are short, cylindrical rods made of various materials including wood, metal and plastic. Dowel pins can be tapered, slotted, grooved, or otherwise altered to change its mechanical properties. This pin is made of stainless steel material. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys, which contains minimum of chromium around 10.5%. The presence of chromium offers corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. Stainless steel also maintains its excellent toughness and has a more attractive appearance. By considering on all the properties of stainless steel, it is often the chosen material to use in demanding applications. Standard pull out style pins are designed for easy removal when frequent reassembly is required. They have a smooth finish and are used in applications featuring a through-hole. This particular part is used in the hinge side shelf, Aespire Avance Flipshelf, Aisys Flipshelf and many other machines.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
