Product Overview
The Tray Drawer – Small is a tray that is used in the anesthesia machines to store the small tools required for the various stages of operation like breathing system, auxiliary common gas outlets and display connector boards. The component is constructed of a Valox™ 357 material which is a polycarbonate or polybutylene terephthalate resin which is a thermoplastic engineering polymer used in the manufacturing of many healthcare accessories and other applications such as fluid handling, industrial lighting applications, aircraft accessories, oil and gas applications and electronic displays. It is manufactured by an injection molding method. The Injection molding manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. The unique composition of the material helps to offer an enhanced durability and good strength to the tray. It also acts as a good electrical insulator across wide range of temperatures and has resistance to high voltage applications. It is also RoHS compliant.
