Présentation du produit
These umbrella shaped silicone check valves are used as sealing elements. When the umbrella check valve is mounted in a seat, the convex diaphragm flattens out against the valve seat and absorbs a certain amount of seat irregularities and creates a certain sealing force. The umbrella valve will allow forward flow once the head pressure creates enough force to lift the convex diaphragm from the seat and so it will allow flow at a predetermined pressure in one way and prevent back flow immediately in the opposite way. The central stem holds the component in place and thus avoid the need spring and central disc positioner. Use of silicone offers good thermal and thermoxidative resistance. This umbrella valve can be easily install by simply pushing it in the required position. This umbrella check valve is the vent engines of the GE's Engstrom Pro, Carescape R860 Ventilator Respiratory Care Systems.
