Product Overview
The Disk Check Valve is an advanced design which gives full flow and occupies less space than other type of non-return valve. These are simple to fit and are used to prevent reverse flow in pipe lines. Disk check valves are recommended after traps discharging into closed systems to guarantee non-return flow. These check valves can be mounted between the pipe flanges in any direction. DCVs feature a compact and rugged design and are suitable for high pressure O₂. These check valves operate at a minimum of 24 million cycles based on a rate of 600 cycles per hour. These are made of material brass, which offers low friction and resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Disk check valves are used in Aisys CS2, Avance CS2, Aespire View, Aestiva Machine, CARESCAPE™ R860, Aespire 7100, Aespire 100, Aisys, S/5 Aespire, Carestation 600 Series and many other machines.
