Product Overview
The Speaker Assembly is used in DASH monitors for audio purpose. It provides sound for audible notification of alarms. It is mounted on the processor board. It consists of a speaker assembly, blank label, FRU service manual and zip lock bag. The speaker contains two wires W1 and W2 with copper and tinned color. It is water resistant and there should be no buzzes or rattles with swept sine wave at resonance. All burs and sharp edges have been removed for safe operation and an aesthetic appearance. The service manual contains instructions for assembling and reassemble purpose. This service manual is used to replace the unit and to verify proper operation of the device after reassembly. A blank label is also included in the speaker kit for shipment. It is made up of polyester, vinyl material and white in color. It has a removable adhesive and die cut to the liner. The speaker kit is packed safely in a zip-lock bag. This speaker assembly is being used in various medical machines such as UL Vivid E9, MS DASH 4000, Configured, DASH 4000, DASH 3000 Refurb, MS DASH 3000, MS DASH 5000, DASH Upgrades, MP Service Part.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
