Product Overview
The Bezel Trim Display MAC 5500/MAC 5000 is a display bezel. This front bezel was engineered to be more durable and long lasting than the original version and meets all OEM quality specifications. The MAC 5000 resting ECG analysis system is a 15 lead, 12 channel system with a 264mm (10.4 in.) diagonal graphics backlit AM LCD display. It is used to view the heart rate, patient name, ID, clock, waveforms, lead labels, speed, gain and filter settings, warning messages, prompts and help messages. It is made up of a Bayblend® FR110 or Bayblend® FR3010 material. A Bayblend® material that exhibits an excellent balance of properties, most notably high toughness, even at cold temperatures, good rigidity, dimensional stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and good heat resistance. These are being used in UL LOGIQ E9, MS CIC Pro, MAC 5500 HD and CT Revolution CT 256-Slice.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
