Product Overview
The Label Kit is used in ProCare monitors and are used to visually display the instruction for the system in a printed format. The label contains indications for silence, alarms, cycle, history, menu, print, on/off and inflate/stop buttons. It also includes the part numbers and other miscellaneous information. The label is made up of a Lexan 8B35 material which is velvet on one side and a matte transparent polycarbonate film on the other. The unique composition of this material offers high temperature resistance and an excellent dimensional stability. It is well suited for multi-layer printing. The velvet texture of the material offers mar resistance and can be used over light-emitting device. The 3M™ adhesive transfer tapes consist of a layer of acrylic adhesive coated onto a silicone paper release liner. In addition, 467MP exhibits excellent clarity, high temperature performance, good solvent, chemical and moisture resistance as well as excellent shear and peel strength of high surface energy materials that minimizes edge lifting and slippage of parts. They are safely packed and sealed for transport and storage.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
