Product Overview
The CARESCAPE™ V100 Plastic Bezel is a kit that is a Field Replacement Unit (FRU) for the CARESCAPE™ V100 monitor. The plastic bezel assembly kit is comprised of a NIBP plug connector, Masimo set® ProCare adhesive label, Nellcor® Oximax ProCare adhesive label, Ohmeda SpO₂ label, plastic bezel, Printed Wired Assembly (PWA) ProCare V2 interface board, anti-static bag, anti-static label, carton box label, bubble wrap and polyethylene bag. The Bezel (BP & SpO₂ & Temp) is used as an enclosure panel at the front side of the CARESCAPE™ V100 vital signs monitor. The bezel assembly has three connector cutouts named SpO₂ sensor connector, Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP) connector and temperature probe connector. The bezel is made up of high quality Cycoloy CX2142ME Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) material that has excellent chemical resistance and flame retardant capability, which makes it well suited for many medical applications. The service parts are securely packaged inside high quality corrugated box and are supported by bubble wrap and a polyethylene bag to avoid physical damage during transit.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
