Product Overview
The Mattress - Bassinet Tub Style is one of the components of the bed assembly in Ohio Infant Warmer Systems. It is used in the tub model bed assembly. The purpose of this is to ensure the infant is rested in a comfortable and safe position. It consists of a cover and a foam. It has a heat seal around it, a maximum of 0.12 inches and a minimum of 0.090 inches wide with the thickness of 0.020 inch. The material is a polyvinyl chloride film. It is also known as a thermoformed cover. Medium density polyurethane foam is used for the mattress. It is constructed from a foam insert with a separate sealed covering and the insert is made up of light blue or light green polyurethane foam. The mattress is soft to touch and is highly reliable, durable and efficient and is smooth over the skin which makes it safe for infants.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
