Product Overview
The Dolly Lock Assembly consists of a roller bracket, shaft, bearing, lock bracket, electromagnetic lock, fasteners and other components. In the electro-magnetic lock assembly the lock that locks to the nickel plated strip within 5 seconds at maximum air gap when the operating voltage is applied. The temperature rise of the coil at nominal operating voltage due to change in resistance does not exceed 80˚C. All the materials of the electromagnetic lock assembly which are subjected to corrosive attack are covered with a corrosion protective covering. The sharp edges through which electrical wires pass are chamfered to reduce the possibility of the edge cutting through the conductor’s insulation. The bearings used in the dolly lock assembly have an excellent fatigue life and high static and dynamic load carrying capacity. The high grade material used for the brackets, fasteners and other components have good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the components. The high dimensional stability of the assembly ensures its perfect fit as per the requirement.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
