Product Overview

The Cassette Tray - Size Sensing (CSS) for RAD and RF Systems is primarily used in radiographic systems, which is an integral part of the collimator Positive Beam Limiting (PBL) system. The tray size is adjustable to 0.19 inches greater than the default size. The weight of the tray should not exceed 14.5 pounds. The mechanism shall operate smoothly when activated at all possible actuation points. No special tool is required to insert or remove any compatible cassette. A positive stop provided to prevent the tray from being pulled completely out of the holder during normal operation this is protected in all horizontal to vertical position of the tray. The tray is designed to minimize the potential for foreign objects to disrupt the normal operation of the tray's internal components. All the sharp edges and corners of the tray are be rounded to a minimum radius of 0.08 inches to prevent injury to the user. The handle of the tray is accessible from the bottom surface of the tray.

Return And Exchange

GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
