Product Overview
This KV control cable is used in the Computed Tomography (CT) System. It comprises of a flat ribbon cable with ferrite core, metal clip and 50 position IDC connectors on either ends. Ferrite core is used to suppress the electromagnetic interference (EMI). Electro-Magnetic Interference is the interference for the cable which will distort the signal and will get distorted output. So it is necessary to eliminate the interference from the cable before it reaches the destination. Ferrite cores are clipped onto cables using the metal clips. An insulation-displacement contact (IDC), also known as insulation-piercing contact (IPC), is an electrical connector designed to be connected to the conductor(s) of an insulated cable by a connection process. This part is compatible with HiSpeed ZX/I ,Brivo CT315 ,Optima 640 Computed Tomography (CT) System.
