Product Overview
A generic potentiometer is a resistor with a sliding or rotating contact that forms an adjustable voltage divide, these can also be used as position feedback devices in order to create "closed loop" control. This wirewound 1 kOhms potentiometer has 0.2% linearity and its compact dimensions allows it to be mounted on the panels with space contraints using the provided hexagonal nut. The assembly comes with a pre-fitted 4 core, 24 AWG, 10 inch long cable which is terminated to a 4 position connector for easy installation. The assembly has high quality materials and components which helps to offer a reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer life span. This product is tested to perform over a wide temperatures ranging from +1 to +125 Deg C. The potentiometer is compatible for use in the Falcon Overhead Tube Suspensions (OTS), which are used with GE's Revolution XRd and Precision 500 D X-Ray systems.
