Product Overview
The 5 VDC Power Supply Assembly (16-Slice) is the assembly part of the rotating base assembly, which is used in the Light speed 4.X CT scanner. The power supply assembly is comprised of power supply 5 VDC, bracket, screw hexagon socket, washer plain, hexagon nut, screw countersunk flat head, cable tie mount adhesive, Loctite 271 and harness. It is the refurbished part that has been repaired and validated to GE specifications by GE engineers using proprietary GE testing procedures. Every gold seal part goes through an extensive, ISO 13485 certified process to confirm that it meets original specifications and is compatible with the GE system revision. The Light speed 4.X CT scanner is a premium-tier, 3rd generation CT scanner. It will support all clinical applications currently supported by the Light Speed product line. The distinguishing feature of light speed 4.X is the ability to simultaneously collect 16 rows of scan data. It provides unique data collection functionality and it is intended to be used for head and whole body computed tomography.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
