Product Overview
Radiographic systems are used to for imaging method diagnosis using X-rays. The systems work on the principle where high velocity electrons, when interacted with patient’s body, their kinetic energy is converted into electromagnetic radiation (X-rays). A detector that is in line with the source of rays, detects them and measures their properties. This can generate heat during operation and it is to be cooled for improving the functioning and keeping the system safe. Detector coolant kit is provided to be cool the detector. The kit is comprised of coolant, a mixture of distilled water and propylene glycol coolant available in bottles, and a service hose, syringe vacuum kit, a funnel, safety rubber gloves and goggles. The coolant is poured into conditioner of the detector by a funnel after all the power sources are switched off. Excess or leftover coolant can be removed by means of a syringe and hose. Safety googles and gloves are provided while pouring the coolant to ensure that there is no direct contact between the personnel and chemicals.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
