Product Overview
The Internal 2 Board Programmed V1-12 is used in the Interventional Image Guided Systems (IIGS). The internal circuit board provides the interface between the processor board and the POD docking station flex circuit. The flex circuit carries Ethernet signals, power, and ground, and consists of two layers. One layer is a solid ground plane to provide shielding for the high-speed Ethernet signals and to provide a good return path for any electro-static (ESD) discharges. The other layer consists of the Ethernet and handshaking signals sandwiched between power and ground conductors. The power conductors are as wide as possible to provide minimal voltage drop across the flex. The connectors used in the flex circuit are 0.8mm spacing, high speed connectors with a center ground bar. A connector with a center ground bar was selected to ensure a good return path for ESD discharges. It has the individual label with the product details, environment label for packaging and Quality Assurance (QA) seal. All these are arranged and kept in a carrying case with the shipment label. It is used in a wide range of medical equipment such as Assembly Emerald Transport Pro Display and other medical equipment.
