Product Overview

The Calibration Connection Kit is used to adequately test the safety and integrity of the patient monitor. This calibration test should be performed every 12 months. This assembly consists of tubing, hose barb or screw connector, tee fitting, hose barb Luer connector, label, screw cap, fitting key, calibration instructions and a polyethylene bag. The tubing is made up of Silastic RX which is a silicone elastomer material. It has an excellent flexibility and complete traceability. The hose barb or screw is connected to the 5/32"" inner diameter tubing and is made up of an acetal material. The tee fitting is connected to the tubing and it is made up of nylon which is white in color. Oil, grease and dust particles on the tubing should be removed. The hose barb which is connected to 1/8” inner diameter tubing is made up of nylon. The connector which is fitted to tubing at one end consists of external female 5/16” x 24” black chrome knurled cap and nickel plated barb. This entire assembly is packed in low density polyethylene bag.

Return And Exchange

GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
