Product Overview

The Battery Release Button Mac Spring is a compression spring. A compression spring is an open-coil helical spring that offers resistance to a compressive force applied axially. They are usually coiled at a constant diameter, though they are coiled in other needed forms such as conical, concave (barrel), convex (hourglass), or various combinations of these. Compression springs are used to resist force and/or store energy, depending upon the application. Compression springs are fabricated from round wire. Compression springs are designed to oppose compression and return to its uncompressed length when the applied force is removed. The resistance value of spring depends upon the number of turns of the coil in the spring. Stainless steel spring wires are economic, general-purpose wires that provides high tensile strength coupled with good to superior corrosion resistance and magnetic properties. This part is done of high precision method for a perfect finish, perfect fixing between the two parts and ensure the safety of the part. The GE product is an innovation and a technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. It does not contain any dirt, dust, visible oils, grease, lint, fibers, rust, paper, chips, cleaning solutions, machining coolant, foreign materials and other contaminants. It is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
