The DASH 3000 English Label Kit consists of 10 variant labels for the DASH 3000 system. Labels are generally used to convey the information or instruction for the system in a printed format. The material is made up of polycarbonate which is a durable plastic and easily printable. It is widely selected because of its cost benefits. Acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives are used. The adhesive does not require any additional material for it to adhere. The adhesive forms a bond when pressure is given on it. Product mark labels contain the name of the product for identification purposes. The letters on the label are printed dark with a good surface finish. A CONN BP label contains the blood pressure, oxygen level and temperature indications are printed on the label. Equipotentiality label shows the direction of flow through the circuit. Battery labels represent to use only GE medical recommended batteries.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
