Product Overview
The Knob Rotation Collimator is used in X-Ray and other applicable devices. The knob is made up of Lexan material, which is a polycarbonate resin thermoplastic. The use of Lexan makes the knob to have high impact performance and good stiffness over a wide temperature range, resistant to UV, high long-term color stability. The knob is very light weight. The surface finish of the knob is excellent and is tested to work at an extreme atmospheric condition. It is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. This part is manufactured using a high precision technique which offers the good dimensional accuracy. The good dimensional accuracy of the assembly helps provide the precise fit in the required device and the part has edges which are rounded, smooth, and free of all imperfections. The good mechanical properties such as dimensional stability, high impact strength and excellent high/low temperature performance enhance the increased lifespan of the product. The product is an Innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. It is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The part is diligently designed for high performance and reliability. It is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
