Product Overview
The locking pin is a cylindrical structure made up by machining process and are usually used for keeping two assemblies in place. The lock pin have different diameters at the front and back which are seperated by a 0.10 inch thick 0.635 inch diameter collar. This lock pin is made up of 440C Stainless Steel which is heat treated to RC 50-58. The rear part of the pin is tapered to 5 Degrees and has the required surface finish while the front pin has 0.03 inch X 45 Degree chamfered edges for easy placement and insertion. The heat treated stainless steel material provides good rigidness, tensile and ultimate strength to the material and its corrosion resistance properties helps in enhancing its service life. This pin is manufactured with fine tolerances and accuracy and is compatible to be used in the Horizontal Arm Assembly of GE's AMX 4 product line of X-Ray Modality.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
