Product Overview
Rectangular Pad Nylon Covered Urethane Foam is used in MR Signa LX 1.5T, MR Signa HD 1.5T, CT LightSpeed 7.X VCT 64-Slice and MR Discovery MR750w 3.0T machines among others. The rectangular foam pad is a long gray-coated foam pad placed on the coil for patient comfort. This foam pad measures 36 inches in length by 9 inches in width by 1 inch in thickness (36” x 9” x 1”), with density 2 lbs/cubic foot. This foam pad is made of a polyester urethane foam material that exhibits a high tensile strength. Polyester foam products are durable and difficult to pull apart or otherwise dismantle. Polyester urethane foam is resistant to rips, tears and cuts. High quality polyester flexible urethane foam products can be customized to specifications. Polyester foams are more resistant to hydrocarbons and alcohols. Nylon is used as a cover for polyester urethane foam due its water repellent property. The cover is abrasion and fire-resistant, bacteriostatic and resists blood and body fluids. This component has an excellent shape retention property and is free from wrinkles

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
