Product Overview
The Rectangular Foam Pad is a long gray-coated foam pad placed on the coil for patient comfort. This foam pad is made up of polyester urethane material with a high tensile strength. Polyester foam products are durable and difficult to pull apart or otherwise dismantle. Polyester urethane foam is resistance to rips, tears and cuts. High quality polyester flexible urethane foam products can be customized to specifications. They are more resistant to hydrocarbons and alcohols. Nylon is used as a cover for polyester urethane foam due its water repellent property. The Nylon cover is abrasion and fire-resistant, bacteriostatic and resists blood and body fluids. This component has an excellent shape retention and is free from wrinkles. This foam is being used in MR Signa LX 1.5T, MR Signa HD 1.5T, CT LightSpeed 7.X VCT 64-Slice and MR Discovery MR750W 3.0T machines.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
