Product Overview
The Image Compute Node (ICN) is a component of Volume Reconstruction Engine (VRE) and is used in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) applications. The ICN is a commercial Electronic Data Processing (EDP) product. Here ICN is commonly referred to as the computer. The supplied ICN will not include external peripherals such as keyboard, mouse, display monitor(s), or external cables. The ICN includes two (2) internal hard disk drives. The ICN includes at least one (1) PCI-X 100 or 133 MHz expansion slots, two (2) board-resident Ethernet ports with one Ethernet port that can be simultaneously shared for the IPMI and CPU’s. The Ethernet, Infiniband, Serial, IPMI, Keyboard, Mouse, USB and Video connectors on the computer chassis is labeled and easily readable to identify their function. The ICN also includes external switches and indicators on the chassis such as Power On/Off, Reset, Power On LED indicator, LAN activity LED indicator, and Hard drive activity indicator. All the components used within the ICN are compatible with and/or supported by Fedora Core Linux releases (Fedora Core 2, Fedora Core 3, etc.). The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. It is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The part is diligently designed for high performance and reliability. It is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
