Product Overview
LOGIQ e Logo Kits consist of a 37mm GE logo for twin, a LOGIQ e (Le) product name logo and Le product name logo small labels. Labels are generally used to convey the information or instruction for the system in a printed format. The GE logo contains the GE text printed on the circular label. The Le product name, logo small label is made of Al material and a 3M468 adhesive is used. This adhesive exhibits excellent clarity, high temperature performance, solvent chemical and moisture resistance as well as excellent shear and peel strength of high surface energy materials that minimizes edge lifting and slippage of parts. The LOGIQ e product name logo is also made of Al material and a 3M2440 adhesive is used as well for this part. LOGIQ e text is printed on the label’s surface for identification purposes.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
