Présentation du produit

The Extreme Gradient Driver Amplifier is used in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) applications. The extreme gradient amplifier (XGA) is an IGBT-based switching amplifier which is a part of the extreme gradient driver (XGD) sub-system of an MR system. This XGA provides the maximum of 660A and 1650V power supply to overcome the inductance and resistance of the XRMB gradient coil. It is powered by the extreme power supply (XPS). The XGA must be tested in an XGD cabinet including the PDU, power supplies and control electronics. The Cronus chassis is used to communicate waveform commands between the system and XGA. A current command of 660A is equal to 219 DAC counts in the waveforms. The voltage compliance, high precise control and outstanding noise performance of XGA will help to meet the present-day challenges in most advanced MRI applications.
