Product Overview
The Smart Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) is used in various machines like cardiovascular imaging systems, X-ray machines, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonant Imaging (MRI), Electrocardiogram (ECG) and other patient monitoring systems. It is also used in few infant care machines of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). It is used as the backup for the power supply and it is a smart device, which gives the LED indication and alarm in case of irregular input and output. It ensures that all the subsystems of the machines are properly turned off during the shutdown. This will save the components of the machine from getting damaged during electrical surges and gives the devices a long life. It also indicates when the battery is low and has to be replaced. The UPS undergoes various testing before it becomes available to the market and is considered safe to work in all areas.
