Product Overview
The RF Detector Board 2 (RFDB2) is the front end of the Universal Power Monitor sub-assembly that resides in the Amplifier Support Chassis (ASC). The primary function of the board is to accept coupled RF power samples from the system transmit hardware and convert them to digitized waveforms for further processing by another board. The RFDB2 consists of two detector channels and each channel can converts up to three RF samples for the purposes of monitoring the net power delivered to the patient load by a single MR transmitter channel. The RFDB2 also provides self-monitoring of RF cable connection monitor, board power supply health, and local temperature data that is to be used by the UPM Processor Board. The board is assembeled with high quality components which makes it reliable and durable. The RFDB2 can be used with Brivo 355, Signa HDx 1.5T, Signa HDxt 1.5T, Signa HDxt 1.5T and Signa HDxt 3.0T systems.
