Product Overview
Labels are generally used to convey the information or instruction for the system in a printed format. This Up-Down Label Set contains the up and down arrow printed symbols for various function instructions. This label is made of a polyester material. Polyester is resistant to most chemicals and can retain its shape. The 3M 9471LE type adhesive is used to adhere this label. This adhesive exhibits excellent clarity, high temperature performance, solvent chemical and moisture resistance as well as excellent shear and peel strength on high surface energy materials that minimizes edge lifting and slippage of parts. The label has a rectangular shape with a good graphical design. This label is widely used in MR Ovation 0.35T, MR Signa HD 1.5T, MR Signa HDx Twinspeed 1.5T, Unassigned MV, Unassigned MV, MR Signa HDe 1.5T, MR Signa Horizon LX 1.0T, MR Signa Contour 0.5T, MR Signa Ovation 0.35T, MR Signa Horizon Hispeed LX 1.5T, HCS-IT AW Workstation 3.1 and MR Signa Horizon LX Echospeed 1.5T among others.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
