Product Overview
The Small Signal Type 1 Brush Tip Kit is a specially designed kit used for rotating medical equipment or motors. The carbon brush helps to conduct electrical current between the stationary wires (stator) and the rotating wires (rotor) of a motor or generator. The brush tip is colored in blue lacquer on one side and red lacquer at the other side for identification. The kit is comprised of carbon (K277), spring (500476A), Electroluminescent (EL) wire, cap and brush cap. The brush cap is made up of high quality nylon PA66 material having excellent chemical and heat resistance property, which makes it well suited for medical applications. The high quality carbon grade K277 brush material offers extended service life and low maintenance. The product performs effectively at high voltages, high current densities and high speeds. The part is also capable of handling overloads. The assembly as such is a proven design which fits well into demanding applications. The product's superior material quality offers reliable operation, efficient functioning and longer life span.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
