Product Overview
The Protective Cover 2 Set for 1012HQ is a cover used in the X–ray devices. The cover is produced from the Novodur P2 HAT (Bayer). It is a RoHS compliant. Bayer has high score impact strength. Since there is no change of dimensions seen during exposure to water or any deformation variations in solid material when the temperature increases, it is considered to have very high dimensional accuracy and stability. The heat resistance levels up to 148° C. The Bayer material is resistant to ignition sources and has electrical insulation and it has the ability to withstand any weather conditions. They are largely used in many applications especially for medical engineering applications, food productions, sport articles and oven casings. The texture method in the visible surfaces are seen either as photo etched or eroded. Remaining surfaces are either machined or eroded. General draft angle for cover top is measured as 3°. This involves of injection molding process, which can be molded to any form or shape, even if it is a complex one. Injection molding process is always reliable and efficient. The surface finish of the product is excellent and has high production rate. The product is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit. It is used in a wide range of medical equipment such as Konica Aero Dr Detector and other medical diagnostic imaging devices.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
