The Filter Knob Mounting Screw - Care Plus Incubator is the custom designed screw intended for use in Ohio Care Plus® Series 3000/4000, the Care Plus® Access incubator and other medical equipment as applicable. The knob mounting screw is a sub component of the filter cover assembly in the Care Plus® incubator. The knob mounting screw is a type of fastener that can be used in any application joining a number of different materials together. The material the screw is made of is a type 303 stainless steel material which has excellent corrosion resistance and wide range of desirable physical properties. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys that contain a minimum of chromium around 10.5%. The presence of chromium provides corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. Stainless steel also maintains excellent toughness and fatigue resistance. The high dimensional stability of the shoulder screw ensures its perfect fit in the required position. The high grade material used for the mounting screw has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the part
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
