Product Overview
The Lock Washer Internal #8 - Stainless Steel is an internal tooth lock washer that is a circular washers with teeth that extend inward for a secure hold. Internal tooth lock washers are made up of stainless steel. This type of washers are designed to prevent a nut or bold head from loosening with the strut action of teeth. The teeth also absorbs shock and vibration. This washer is made up of a stainless steel material that is an iron-based alloys, which contains a minimum of chromium of around 10.5%. The presence of chromium offers corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. The manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency and the high dimensional accuracy ensures a precise fit of the part in the required assembly. The material also maintain the excellent toughness. This washer can be fixed and removed easily and it is used in Panda™ Warmer, Warmer, Infant Warmer System series and CarePlus 1000 Access Incubator machines.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
