Product Overview
The Care Plus® Incubator provides an enclosed apparatus for premature babies by ensuring a controlled and protective environment for their care. The bushing is provided as a part of motor kit of the controller part in an incubator. It is placed around the shock mount and goes into motor bracket. The shock mount provides isolation from vibrations and shocks at high frequencies. It provides an interface between motor bracket and shock mount that damps the vibration transmission. It requires low maintenance, since it is hard and robust in bearing the frequency changes. It is passivated which means free iron is removed from the surface of the stainless steel component and thus a thin, dense oxide layer is formed on the surface which forms a protective barrier. Thus the bushing provides a corrosive proof protection and to support shock mount.
