Product Overview
A washer is a circular disk which has a hole in center and used to distribute the load of threaded fastener material bolt or nut on it. In split washers, the ring is split at one point and bent into a helical shape. This makes the washer to adept a force between the fasteners head and the substrate. When a screw is tighten, these washers flatten to add tension to the joint and prevent from small amount of vibration, which creates more friction and resistance to rotation. This part is made up of stainless steel with passivate finish. Stainless steels are iron-based alloys, which contains minimum of chromium around 10.5%. The presence of chromium offers corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. Stainless steel also maintain the excellent toughness. Passivate finish adds more corrosion resistance to the material. This washer is being used in various medical machines such as Giraffe™ Carestation Incubator, MIC Giraffe™ Incubator, Giraffe™ Incubator, Panda™ Wall Mount Warmer, Giraffe™ OmniBed, MIC - Other Infant Care, Modular, MIC Giraffe™ Warmer, Giraffe™ Shuttle and MIC Giraffe™ Phototherapy.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
