Product Overview
The D-GATE Calibration Gas Regulator is one of the supply accessory of the airway module. These airway module measures and monitors gases delivered to the patient. It is the multiple use accessory to determine the accuracy of the respiratory gas flow meter by providing the standard of gas flow measurement. It consists of calibration gas regulator, logo sticker attached to the knob, serial number and Unique Device Identifier (UDI) sticker attached around the regulator body, instruction sheet packed in carton box, carton box with artwork and UDI markings and symbol leaflet packed in carton box. Included with the regulator is the flow and leakage test certificate. It is properly packaged with the dimension of 87mm x 75mm x 95mm (L x W x H) and the construction is IFC 0210 standard with a bracket plate for the regulator. The carton box is made up of Cardboard, AP-mini VR.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
