Product Overview
The MaxiRay100 FL/00 New Tube Unit is an assembly that is part of an optimized CT image sub-system that integrates tube, generator, and systems dose-management technologies to provide the flexibility and the power to acquire outstanding clinical images enhancing patient care. The MX100 FL/00 New Tube Unit consists of MaxiRay casing, silicone grease, X-ray tube field strapping kit, X-ray tube service kit, technical publication documents, MX-100 packing box, labels and manuals. They are packed in a box by bolting the tube to plywood sheets. Two fillers are installed between the plywood and inner to secure the tube from damage. Two plastic straps are also provided for protection. All the parts in the kit are free from burrs, sharp edges and impurities improving the safety aspect of the assembly. This whole kit is packed into corrugated box covered with ESD foam with product ID labeled for easy identification.

It starts with the imaging chain, which features a 12-bit CCD-based camera.Then there’s AutoEx, which automatically adjusts key image-acquisition parameters in real time for optimum quality. Meanwhile, closed-loop Automatic Brightness Control and patented extended Dynamic Range circuitry maintain contrast and minimize blooming.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
