Ces antennes de surface endorectales jetables et à usage unique sont optimisées pour l’imagerie de la prostate, et offrent un confort et une sécurité accrus pour le patient. A utiliser avec le système d’antenne endocavitaire 1,5 T. Les antennes sont conditionnées par boîte de de 5 unités. Cette antenne est un accessoire. Sa garantie et sa maintenance sont prises en charge par le fabricant de l’antenne d’origine, non par les techniciens de maintenance de GE. Le délai de remplacement est d’au moins deux semaines pour une expédition en dehors des États-Unis. Période de garantie de 6 mois. Échange des produits non conformes qui sont renvoyés à GE pendant la période de garantie. Remarque : L’installation, les pièces, la formation à l’application et le service sur site relèvent de la responsabilité de l’acheteur.

Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
