Product Overview
The Knobs - Encoders and Slide Pots are tuning devices used to provide input to a device. These are most common devices in control systems. Knobs, encoders and slide pots contains big encoder knobs, small encoder knobs and slide pot knobs. The encoder knobs are cylindrical in shape and it’s categorized as big and small based on its diameter. The encoder is different from a potentiometer in that an encoder has full rotation without limits. The slide pot knob is to be connected with the linear slide potentiometer. It has a good friction fit onto slide potentiometer and is easy to use. The package contains 8 knobs of 19mm diameter, 2 of 16mm diameter and a slide pot knob. The knobs are used in the operator panel of medical diagnostic ultrasound equipment, which is a part of user interface. It is used in the operator panels of many systems such as UL Vivid S6/ E9 Pro/E9 Expert/E95, UL LOGIQ, UL Combison 400, UL IT Image Vault and UL Voluson E8.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
