Product Overview

The Main Power Supply (MPS) for Vivid E9 is a Power Supply Unit (PSU) that supplies the various internal sub-systems with regulated AC or DC power and provides the system with isolation from the external power source. It is accessed from the back of the unit. The main power supply is connected to the power, supplied from the wall outlet. The required voltage will be delivered to the internal peripherals, front end rack, back end processor and operator panel. When the system is switched on, an inrush current limiter reduces the peak input current. The power supply contains an EMI filter to reduce EMI to acceptable levels and contains 15 Amp fast acting ceramic fuses. The MPS is equipped with an internal variable speed fan to provide temperature control. The temperature of the air entering the power supply and leaving the power supply are monitored. The Vivid E9 power supply does not contain any Field Replaceable Units (FRU) and must be replaced entirely if it becomes defective. It is used in UL Vivid E9, UL LOGIQ E9, UL Vivid E95, UL Vivid E9 Expert, UL Voluson P8, UL RT 5000, UL Vivid E9 PRO, UL Vivid E9 Expert and other applications as necessary.

Return And Exchange

GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
