Product Overview

The operator panel lower 6 is used in the ultrasound machines, Computed Tomography (CT) machines and also in a few other Digital Imaging (DI) machines. It is a part of the user interface. It is classified as “Essential to Safety” in the DOEC classification. The lower 6 is the complete assembly containing all lower OP parts like control buttons, trackball, knobs for encoders and slide pots, cable kit, LED backlight drivers, high voltage invertors, USB connector board and other accessories. The user initiates the system operations using the operator panel that has ultrasound specific buttons. The keys on the operator panel are illuminated according to the current status or availability. There are sliders, known as Time Gain Compensation (TGC) sliders that slides horizontally, are used to compensate for depth related attenuation in an image. The operator panel, lower 6 has a modified bezel (modified tooling made common for also covering Aurora lower bezel). This assembly is widely used in machines like Vivid S5 / I / E9 / E95 R2 / S70 / E9 PRO / E9 Expert / 7 PRO, LOGIQ E9 / A5 / E / C3 / 9 / S8, Voluson E8 EXPERT / 730 EXPERT / S6 / E6 / I, PRODIGY ADVANCE FULL SIZE, ABUS Invenia GENII, IT ECHOPAC and few more medical diagnostic imaging equipment.

Return And Exchange

GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.

Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
