The Operating Panel Lower Aurora is a specially designed lower operating panel, intended for use in Vivid™ Cardiovascular Ultrasound imaging module and other medical equipment as applicable. The Lower Switch Board with Elastomer is comprised of a lower switch board and silicone elastomer with integrated slide pot filter area. The switch board has a ribbon cable for connecting to the main controller board. Elastomer switches or rubber keypads are manufactured from silicone rubber properties that are typically processed from injection molding process. The Injection molding manufacturing process helps to achieve good product consistency. They have exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures and environmental factors making them an ideal choice for products exposed to harsh environmental conditions, moisture and chemicals. Elastomer silicone rubber keypads offer a wide range of design possibilities due to the many sizes, shapes, and colors. It is packed per the packaging requirement procedure so that the minimum protection required for safe delivery to a destination is based on each unit’s physical characteristics. It is a spare part, which can be replaced whenever required. The lower panel comprised of a custom keyboard, a trackball, application specific buttons, rotaries and a set of TGC slide potentiometers. The part is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. It is securely packed inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
Return And Exchange
GE HealthCare will accept, for return from customer, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from customer’s receipt of the original order and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To obtain a full refund or exchange of the item within the 30 day return period (subject to the 15% restocking fee) customer must request a return materials authorization (RMA) from GE HealthCare and return the item to GE HealthCare utilizing this RMA number. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and free of damage.
Please note, cuffs, BP items, sterile and hazmat items cannot be returned. If a replacement order is requested, the restocking fee may be waived at GE HealthCare’s sole discretion.
