Product Overview
The Non-Locking Caster is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The caster comes with a thread guard which is a stationary part and prevents the bearings from external factors like the links or threaded material. The high dimensional stability of the caster ensures its precise fit as per the requirement. The high grade material used for the caster has good tensile strength, impact and wear resistance, which ensure a long-life span for the component. The high grade materials also help to make the caster lightweight without compromising on the integral strength. The caster is free from burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect. The hardness and tear strength properties of the thermoplastic rubber ensure high static and dynamic load carrying capacity for the component. The ball bearings used in the caster have excellent fatigue life.
