Product Overview
The Union 1/4 inch Snap-In Bulkhead MPOS is a fitting that unites two tubes. The tubes can be disengaged without any deformation. The union snap-in acts as a seal for tubes where oxygen is transferred. It is placed in the Medium Pressure Oxygen Service (MPOS) manifold which means exposure to oxygen-enriched gas in the range of 50 to 3000 kPa. 0.25 inch tubes are connected through this union so that oxygen is transferred with its pressure maintained as a medium. The fitting is made of Buna Nitrile which allows it to withstand wear and tear. It can be lubricated with KLUBER Oxygenoex FF250, KLUBERALFA YV 93-302 and KRYTOX™ GPL 205, which act as synthetic lubricating agents for fittings/unions and help provide a sealing effect to joints without reacting to gaseous oxygen.
