Product Overview
The High Speed Outlet Muffler Assembly is an acoustic device manufactured to reduce the noise of sound pressure. The outlet muffler is placed just after the turbine unit to reduce the level of noise generated by the airflow in the system iVent201E. This iVent201E is a positive pressure mechanical ventilator that delivers air or oxygen mixture to the patient's lungs. This assembly is comprised of a housing Polycarbonate (PC) coated with polyurethane paint. These internal parts are welded using ultrasonic welding to produce a high quality bond and a clean, tight seal. These mufflers should be replaced every 5000 hours of operation or annually as necessary. The products excellent surface finish and attractive aesthetic property makes it a good replacement part for many medical applications.
