Product Overview
The CED Pressure Sensitive Device 2 Assembly is used in PET/Computed Tomography and many other similar medical devices. The PSD assembly consists of a PSD plate, a cover, cleaning solvents to use before, adhesives, harness wires and accelerators. The wire harness through which power is supplied adheres to the PSD plate with an adhesive applied in a single flat layer with gluing points at about 5 cm intervals. The wires never cross one over the other. An accelerator accelerates the cure of an adhesive to provide a shorter set time without causing any stress cracking. The cables are soldered to the switches used for light bulbs and buzzers. The entire assembly is wrapped in bubble wraps and stretch films such that it is free from scratches. It is tested before being packed to measure the effectivity by placing known weights at the center and corners of the PSD board. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well into versatile customer needs. The product is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit.
