Présentation du produit

The O-ring 0.313 ID 0.438 OD BCG 0.062 W Ethylene Propylene Rubber 80 (EPR 80) Durometer is used in an anesthesia delivery for sealing. The O-rings are used widely as leak source barriers in an anesthesia machine. The O-ring is seated in a groove and compressed between two or more parts thereby creating a seal at the interface. It is used as a washer in medical equipment. It is produced from ethylene propylene rubber. Ethylene propylene rubber has high score impact strength. Since there is no change of dimensions seen during exposure to water or any deformation variations in solid material when the temperature increases, it is considered to have very high dimensional accuracy and stability. The ethylene propylene rubber material is resistant to ignition sources and has electrical insulation. This involves an injection molding process, which can be molded to any form or shape, even if it is complex. Injection molding process is very reliable and efficient. The surface finish of the product is excellent and has high production rate. It is used in a wide range of medical equipment such as S/5 Aestiva 7100, Aestiva GoldSeal, S/5 Aestiva Compact and other medical equipment.
