Présentation du produit
The Pipeline Inlet Fittings are used in the supply system for anesthesia delivery. This inlet is connected with Diameter Index Safety System (DISS) for medical gases. This is a non-interchangeable threaded fitting or non-interchangeable screw threaded (NIST). This in turn connected with a metal filter, check valve and an O-ring. The DISS is a gas station outlet system used in supply gas. It is threaded at one end and have different diameter for each type of supply to avoid wrong connection. These pipeline inlets located near the yoke blocks for cylinders. Generally, air supply cylinder and pipeline are yellow colored for easy identification. The uni-directional check valve is located downstream from the pipeline inlet, it prevents reverse flow of gas or air from the machine into the piping system. Each inlet is fitted with filter with a pore size of 100µm or less. The O-ring used for the check valve should be lubricated with Krytox. The material 360 brass provides corrosion resistance and better machinability. B16 brass has a thin protective layer which protects the surface from getting corroded when exposed to the atmosphere. It is a high density material.
